SWELTR, the DIY rock duo from North Dublin, share the Official Music Video for ‘Psycha‘.
Directed by Hiram Harrington and shot by Alba Fernandez, the video was filmed in their practice shed, capturing the song’s suffocating themes of mental strain, inertia, and chaos. Using fisheye lenses, high angles, and match cuts, they created a claustrophobic, warped atmosphere that reflects the intensity of the track. Inspiration was drawn from iconic videos like Papa Roach’s ‘Last Resort‘, Nirvana’s ‘Smells Like Teen Spirit‘, and Slipknot’s ‘Duality‘, while keeping things raw, gritty and DIY.
