LA alt-rock band untitled have shared their latest single ‘Tinted View’ via GoodTalk / Create Music Group. The track comes ahead of their first trip to the UK at the end of August, when they’ll be playing Reading & Leeds Festival before embarking on a short headline tour. The song highlights a fuller sound from the band, backed with their now trademark raw vocals, and heavy guitars. Working with legendary producer Chris Lord-Alge, the song was recorded as part of the sessions of the band’s debut LP.
“After Chris Lord-Alge mixed our song ‘Say It Again,’ we went to his studio to listen to it and met him for the first time. We couldn’t believe it when he told us he wanted to co-produce our debut album with Jakob and Zane from Sublime,” said singer/guitarist Danny Meza. “I mean this guy has worked with so many incredible bands so it was crazy. The next day, we went to the garage and wrote ‘Tinted View.’ I think the pressure actually helped us deliver what is one of our favorite songs on the upcoming album”.
Across the Atlantic, the group has already shared stages with the likes of Cardinals, Suicidal Tendencies, and Sublime. Immediately preceding their arrival on British soil, they will be out on the road supporting honestav for the US leg of The Sweet American Boy Tour.
