Scottish newcomers DOSS sign to Alcopop! Records (Art Brut, Ditz, The Wytches) and share pulsating new single ‘SUPERSECRETAGENT’. Partnering with the cult indie label for their forthcoming EP, the Glasgow-based electronic post-punk duo have fast become known for their abrasive sound, biting Glaswegian lyricism, and explosive live shows. Blending sharp social commentary with distorted bass, fractured electronics, and heavy rhythms, they’ve built a thrilling reputation through relentless DIY touring and uncompromising performances, with support slots ticked off alongside the likes of Deadletter and Fat Dog in recent times.

Readying themselves for a busy summer on the festival circuit, the band have already gained BBC 6 Music’s seal of approval, with further unrelenting new material primed for release in the coming months, as they export Glasgow’s underground on their own terms.

Detailing their new track, DOSS explained:
“‘Super Secret Agent’ is a song about surveillance, paranoia, and being watched – not without reason. Inspired in part by the case of Willie McRae, it’s a serious subject delivered as an eggy punk number, humour intact.”
