As their North American tour came to an end it was obvious it had been a game changer for Maruja. The band and their music are tapping into a generation, of this there is no doubt. Maruja have already made their mark on this huge continent with sell out shows and passionate informed crowds. When they return to New York in September the venue is Brooklyn’s Elsewhere, at 750 the capacity is almost double that of the Market Hotel. Maruja are on the march and there is no stopping them.
